Foreign Applicants (Non-Swazi Citizens)

Foreign traders from outside Eswatini who wish to apply for Import, Export, or Transit Permits from the National Agricultural Marketing Board must submit equivalent registration documents issued in their country of origin.

The application letter requirements remain the same as those for local traders.

Foreign applicants may apply either as:

1. Individuals

2. Registered Companies

Foreign Individual Applicants

Foreign individuals applying for permits must submit the following:

Valid Passport Copy

This replaces the Swazi National ID

Tax Identification Number (TIN) or Tax Registration Certificate

Issued by the applicant’s country of residence.

Business or Trading License

Issued by the relevant authority in their country.

Application Letter

Addressed to NAMBoard Permits Office requesting the specific permit.
